Shabab Al Ahli shot the lights out from three nailing 17 long-distance shots on high 53.1 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Deshawndre Washington (201, college: NM State) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists. His fellow American import guard Bryon Allen (192-1992, college: GMU, agency: 011 Sports) contributed with 22 points and 5 assists for the winners. Bosnian center Elmedin Kikanovic (211-1988) answered with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Bulgarian-American point guard Dee Bost (189-1989, college: MSU) added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists in the effort for Al Arabi. Five Shabab Al Ahli and four Al Arabi players scored in double figures.
